The Marquette Chapter Endowment Fund

A Tax-Deductible way to financially support your chapter

The Marquette Chapter has established its own Chapter Endowment Fund (CEF) with the Triangle Education Foundation. All gifts to the CEF will be held by the Foundation as restricted gifts for the benefit of your chapter and are fully tax deductible as allowed by law. To start out the CEF the KSR Board donated a gift of $2,500! We need your support to grow the CEF and benefit our Chapter.

By establishing this CEF, it insures that the Marquette Chapter has a growing and perpetual savings account it can draw on to help benefit the Chapter and its members. The CEF is wisely invested by trained professionals, thus maximizing the return to the chapter.

The Marquette Chapter Endowment Fund can help your chapter in numerous ways, including:

• Scholarship grants to members of the Marquette Chapter.

• Educational grants to cover portions of the registration travel and accommodation expenses of members of your chapter attending leadership conferences of Triangle or another accredited leadership development program.

• Grants for educational resources in the chapter house, such as desks, bookcases, books, computers and software in the educational areas and for the construction, renovation, maintenance and equipment of Designated Educational Areas of your chapter home.

• Educational grants to cover portions of the registration, travel and accommodation expenses of members of your chapter attending professional society meetings and education events.

• Educational grants to underwrite portions of your chapter’s Leadership Advantage session.

• Educational grants to cover portions of the registration, travel, accommodations, supplies and equipment for academic competitions in which the chapter is participating.

• Any many more educational and leadership opportunities.

Making a gift to the Marquette Fund is simple and easy. You can choose to make an immediate gift or a pledge over a period of time. Just fill out the attached form on the next page and mail to the Triangle Education Foundation. All gifts to the Foundation are fully tax-deductible as allowed by law. In addition, the Foundation is set up to accept gifts of property and securities, further maximizing your tax savings.
